Cooking with Passion is the new cookery school set up by Christine Patchett with classes based at Grange Farm, Broomfleet, (5 mins from Junction 38, M62), and at Hull Collegiate School, Anlaby, (5 mins from the Humber Bridge).
Christine offers a wide range of cookery classes aimed at all ability levels.
Whether you require specific skills and confidence building, inspirational ideas or a fun-packed cookery session in your own home or chosen venue with friends, Cooking with Passion is for you.

Christine Patchett
Christine is a fully qualified Cookery teacher holding a Cert Ed. as well as being trained to Level 3 at City & Guilds in Professional Cookery, gaining Bishop Burton Certificate and Diploma in Food & Wine, Intermediate Certificate in Food Hygiene and WSET(Wine and Spirits) Level 2.
Having taught in both Comprehensive and Further Education establishments, Christine has also catered for private parties, weddings, (including 120 at her own daughters!), Business Lunches etc.
Christine is passionate about preparing food to the highest standards whatever the level of the dish and loves to "play" wth presentation ideas.
