Kind words from happy clients

Both Thursday and Saturdays are really enjoyable. Classes are fun and inspirational and although I consider myself a competent cook I have picked up plenty of tips and corrected several bad habits!!

An absolutely splendid way either for the experienced cook to try new ideas and recipes, or for the novice to discover the delights of preparing delectable dishes! They provide hours of uninterrupted enjoyment and a great sense of achievement. As one who had no cookery lessons at school, I am very grateful for the welcome and encouragement that I have received.

A most enjoyable evening exploring recipes old and new. Christine shares her expertise, tips and wonderful presentation ideas in a fun and sociable environment. A great finishing touch to the evening is the wine tasting to compliment the dish of the week! ‘Cooking with Passion’ has truly inspired me to make a difference in my kitchen.

- Karen

A structured few hours are enjoyed both watching the demonstration and with hands on cooking of the dishes. It's fantastic to make the dishes and take them home to be enjoyed over the weekend or to stock up the freezer!
